Who we are
Mycelium Strategies ("we") builds data pipelines and reporting dashboards for nonprofit organizations. This policy covers the data our connectors read from third-party platforms, such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Analytics, when a client authorizes them.
What we collect
Only data from accounts that a client organization has authorized us to read, and only what its reporting needs: account details such as account ID and display name, account statistics such as follower counts, and public posts and videos with their performance numbers such as views, likes, comments, and shares.
We do not collect passwords, private messages, or information about the people who follow or interact with the account beyond the totals the platform reports.
How we use it
The data is stored in the client's own data warehouse and used only to build that client's internal reports and dashboards. We never post, edit, or delete anything on a client's accounts.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent this data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the client that authorized it.
Retention and deletion
Data is kept for as long as the client uses its reporting. A client can revoke our access at any time in the platform's settings, and can ask us to delete the data we hold by emailing privacy@myceliumllc.com.
