The service
Mycelium Strategies provides data connectors and reporting dashboards to nonprofit organizations under a written agreement with each client. Our connectors read data from accounts a client authorizes and deliver it to that client's own data warehouse.
Authorization
A connector reads an account only after someone with authority over that account grants access. Access is read-only. The client can revoke it at any time in the platform's settings.
Acceptable use
Our connectors are used only for the authorizing client's internal reporting. They are not used to post content, contact users, or collect data about other people's accounts.
Third-party platforms
Each platform's own terms continue to apply to the accounts and data involved. Platforms may change or limit what data they provide, which can affect what our reports show.
No warranty
The service is provided as is. We work to keep data accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that platforms will always provide complete data.
